Refund and Cancellation Policy
At Luxury Retreat Ltd. , we are committed to providing exceptional luxury concierge services tailored to your unique needs. Our services involve extensive planning, coordination, and time-sensitive arrangements to ensure the highest standards of service. Due to the nature of our business, we have established the following Refund and Cancellation Policy:
1. General Terms
1.1. Non-Refundable Fees: All fees paid for consultation and initial planning are non-refundable. These fees cover the time and resources invested in creating a bespoke service plan for you.
1.2. Finality of Service Commencement: Once services have commenced, including but not limited to bookings, reservations, or any other concierge-related tasks, no refunds will be issued for any portion of the service.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1. Client-Initiated Cancellations:
- 48 Hours or More Before Service : For cancellations made 48 hours or more prior to the commencement of the service, a partial refund may be issued, excluding any non-refundable deposits or costs incurred by third-party providers on your behalf.
- Less Than 48 Hours Before Service : Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service will not be eligible for a refund. This is to compensate for the time-sensitive nature of our services and the inability to rebook or reschedule within such a short window.
2.2. Non-Refundable Services : Certain services such as event tickets, travel arrangements, and bespoke experiences may be non-refundable once booked, subject to the policies of third-party providers. In such cases, any refund requests will be handled in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective provider.
3. Refund Process
3.1. Eligibility for Refunds : Refunds are only issued in accordance with the terms outlined above. All requests for refunds must be made in writing to [email address] within 14 days of the cancellation.
3.2. Processing Time : Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon.
3.3. Administrative Fees : Any applicable administrative fees associated with the refund process will be deducted from the total refund amount.
4. Force Majeure
4.1. Luxury Retreat Ltd. is not liable for any failure to perform, or delay in the performance of, any of our obligations under this policy caused by events outside our reasonable control (Force Majeure Events), including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4.2. In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Luxury Retreat Ltd. will make reasonable efforts to reschedule or provide alternative services. However, any costs incurred due to such rescheduling or alternative arrangements will be the responsibility of the client.
5. Amendments to Policy
5.1. Luxury Retreat Ltd. reserves the right to amend this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email or our website, and such changes will apply to bookings made after the notification.
